Ladakh Cultural Tour - 01
Duration : 08 Nights - 09 Days
Day 01: Arrive Leh in the morning. Met at the airport and transfer
to hotel. Day at leisure for acclimatisation. Overnight in hotel.
 Day
02: Leh. AM at leisure for acclimatisation. PM visit Sankar monastery,
Shanti Stupa & Leh Palace.
Day 03: Leh. Visit Shey, Thiksey, Hemis monasteries and Stok Palace
Museum.
Day 04: Drive to Tak Tak on the way to Pangong Lake - 130 km over
Changla Pass (. Overnight in fixed camp.
Day 05: Drive to Pangong Lake - 16 km. Explore the Lake and drive
back to Leh in the afternoon.
Day 06: Drive to Nubra valley on the ancient 'Silk Route' over
Khardong La pass (5570 mts), World's highest motorable pass. Evening visit
Samstanling monastery above Sumur village. Overnight in fixed Camp at
Terith or Tegar Village - 120 km/5-6 hrs.
Day 07: Visit the 350 years old Diskit monastery and Hundar village
and drive back to Leh. O/N hotel.
Day 08: Leh. Full day sightseeing of Alchi, Likir, Ridzong and
Lamayuru monasteries. O/N hotel in Leh
Day 09: Departure transfer to fly back to Delhi.

Overnight in Uley Ethnic Resort at Uley Tokpo - 70 kms from Leh.
Day 04: Drive to Dha & Biama known as Drokpa region These villages
are at a distance of about 90 km from Uley Tokpo. After the visit, drive
back to Leh. Overnight in hotel.
Day 05: Drive Leh to Tsomoriri Lake via Mahe bridge - 220 km. O/N
in fixed camp.
Day 06: Explore the Lake and Korzok village with its 150 years
old monastery and drive back to Leh in the afternoon.
Day 07: Drive Leh - Nubra Valley - 120 km. O/N in fixed camps at
Terith / Tegar village. Evening visit the 150 years old Samstanling monastery
above Sumur village.
Day 08: AM visit Deskit monastery and Hundar village and drive
back to Leh. O/N hotel.
Day 09: Departure transfer to the airport to fly back to Delhi.

Day 05: Nubra. Full day visit Samstanling monastery, Panamik village,
Deskit monastery on a hilltop above Deskit village and Hunder village.

Day 06: Drive back to Leh after a leisurely morning after breakfast.
O/N hotel.
Day 07: Leh. Full day visit Stok Palace museum, Shey, Thiksey,
Hemis, Chemdey and Takthok monasteries. Takthok is the farthest at a distance
of about 50 km from Leh.
Day 08: Leh. Same day return trip to Pangong Lake over Changla
Pass (5183 mts) - 145 km one way.
Day 09: Departure transfer to the airport to fly back to Delhi.
